Troubleshooting VPN Connections via Hotspot Shield

If you find that you cannot access or run a software application that uses a VPN to connect to a cloud application, it may be because your firewall is denying the application access. One of the items to check is to see if the firewall is rejecting the Hotspot Shield application.

You may also review the WebPort Connects log, and/or send it to Technical Services, for further assistance in solving the problem.
